Digital Ad Sales Agreement

The Advertiser grants the Publisher a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable and worldwide license to copy, store, display, print and distribute all advertising media provided by the Publisher or its representatives, including, but not limited to, photographs, graphics, text and graphics, in all currently known or unknown media, including, but not limited to, the Publisher`s electronic publications on the Internet and in each ufsystem archive, whether this information is stored digitally or stored on another medicine. Section 8.03 Global Agreement. This Agreement (including the schedules that form part of this Agreement) constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of the Contract and supersedes all prior written and oral agreements, understandings and negotiations between the Parties regarding the subject matter of the Contract. Alma acts as data controller insofar as the data relates to the use of Alma`s websites or comes from Alma`s customer or marketing records, including the marketing target groups constituted on their basis.
